PostCare was born from a simple finding: practitioners in aesthetic clinics, dental offices, and med spas spend up to 2 hours per day sending aftercare instructions by hand — copying the same WhatsApp messages, answering the same questions, and still missing patients who needed follow-up.

How It Started

While working with healthcare professionals, our team noticed a pattern. Every clinic we spoke to had the same problem: the period between treatment and the next appointment was a blind spot. Patients left with a printed sheet of aftercare instructions, lost it, forgot the steps, and called the clinic in a panic — or worse, left a 1-star review blaming the practitioner for a complication that was actually poor self-care.

We studied how clinics handled post-treatment communication. The findings were clear: practitioners who followed up consistently via WhatsApp saw better healing outcomes, fewer emergency calls, and significantly higher Google ratings. But doing it manually was unsustainable — especially for busy clinics running 20+ procedures a day.

So we built PostCare: a platform that automates the entire aftercare messaging sequence via WhatsApp. The right message, at the right time, in the patient's language. AI monitors replies for signs of concern and flags them instantly. What used to take 2 hours a day now runs on autopilot.
