About PostCare
PostCare sends your aftercare on WhatsApp, automatically, in your words. It was built for independent tattoo artists and permanent makeup (PMU) artists who are great at their craft and tired of typing the same five messages every evening.
Where it comes from
It started with a friend who tattoos. After a 7-hour session she'd get home and spend another half hour on Instagram: sending the aftercare text she'd copied a hundred times, answering "is it normal that it itches?", and forgetting, every single time, to ask for the review a month later.
We looked at what studios were doing: a printed card, a pinned Instagram story, a voice note. None of it arrives on day 3 when the peeling starts. None of it asks for the review or offers the touch-up on day 30, when the piece is healed. The tools that existed were built for other industries, with dashboards nobody in a studio has time to open.
So we built something small: you add a client in 10 seconds, they get 6 to 7 WhatsApp messages over the healing month, signed with your first name. Common questions are answered from your own FAQ. A photo or a worrying word reaches you immediately. That's it.

Every client should get the same aftercare as your best client, whether you tattooed them on a quiet Tuesday or at the end of a 12-hour Saturday. Without adding a minute to your day.
How we build it
Written with artists
The default tattoo and PMU sequences were written and reworked with working artists. They match real healing phases, not a textbook. And you can rewrite every word.
Automatic where it's safe, human where it counts
"Can I go to the gym?" gets an automatic answer from your FAQ. A photo, or words like hot, pus or fever, get no automatic answer: they're forwarded to you.
Your clients, your data
Numbers are used only to send your aftercare. Delete a client and everything goes with them. GDPR from day one, hosted in the EU.
