Your Right to Data Deletion

At PostCare, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data using one of the following methods:

  1. Log in to your PostCare account, go to Settings, and click "Delete my account"
  2. All your data, including clinic information, client records, and message history, will be permanently deleted
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Alternatively, you can email us at contact@postcare.net with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account information (name, email, password)
  • Clinic settings and configuration
  • All client records and contact information
  • All aftercare message history and delivery logs

Deletion Timeframe

Self-service deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
