These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PostCare platform operated by OptimyCloud LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PostCare is a SaaS platform that enables beauty, aesthetics, and dental professionals to send automated aftercare messages to their clients via WhatsApp. The service includes client management, message scheduling, concern tracking, and recovery photo documentation.

3. Account & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

As a clinic professional, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your clients before enrolling them in aftercare messaging sequences.

4. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all client data uploaded to PostCare. We process this data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Pricing & Payment

PostCare offers subscription plans. Pricing details are available on the platform. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Availability & Support

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is available via email at contact@optimycloud.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

PostCare is a messaging tool and does not provide medical advice. Clinic professionals remain fully responsible for the medical accuracy of aftercare instructions sent through the platform. OptimyCloud LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request a data export before termination.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
