Is there a free trial?+
Yes! Your first month is completely free. Simply choose a plan, enter your payment details, and start using PostCare right away — you won't be charged until the second month.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time - the change takes effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then switches to the lower plan. No double-charging, no surprises.
What happens when I reach my message limit?+
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. Once you hit the limit, no more messages will be sent until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes, annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Toggle the annual switch above to see the discounted prices.
Is my data secure?+
Absolutely. Both your clinic data and your clients' data are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase for our database with row-level security policies, and Twilio for WhatsApp messaging — both are SOC 2 Type II certified. Client phone numbers and personal information are only used to deliver aftercare messages on your behalf. We never share or sell any data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
My specialty isn't listed — can I still use PostCare?+
Yes! PostCare works for any healthcare or wellness professional who needs aftercare follow-up: traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, chiropractors, dermatologists, podiatrists, and more. You can create fully custom aftercare sequences for any procedure, or upload your own protocol PDF and our AI will convert it into a message sequence automatically.
Where is my data hosted?+
Your data is stored on Supabase (built on Amazon Web Services), a trusted database platform used by thousands of companies worldwide. Backups are automated daily. WhatsApp messages are delivered through Twilio's global network. All data transfers comply with GDPR through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes, there's no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription from the Settings page at any time. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need.
Why are the prices set at this level?+
PostCare pricing reflects the real cost of premium services included in every plan: WhatsApp message delivery via Twilio, AI-powered aftercare assistant and photo analysis via Claude, 200+ pre-built message templates in 4 languages, automated concern detection, and analytics. Each message sent has a direct infrastructure cost. Compared to hiring a receptionist to manually follow up with clients, PostCare saves clinics dozens of hours per month while improving client satisfaction and Google reviews.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?+
No. PostCare handles everything for you. Messages are sent through our secure messaging infrastructure (Twilio). Your clients receive messages on their regular WhatsApp — no setup required on their end either.
In which languages are the messages available?+
PostCare supports 4 languages: English, French, Spanish, and Italian. All 200+ pre-built aftercare message templates are available in each language. The AI assistant also responds to your clients in their preferred language automatically.
Can I customize the aftercare messages?+
Yes. You can edit any of the 200+ pre-built message templates, adjust the timing of each step, or create entirely custom aftercare sequences. You can also upload your own protocol PDF and our AI will convert it into a ready-to-use message sequence.
How does the AI concern detection work?+
When a client replies to an aftercare message on WhatsApp, our AI assistant analyzes their response in real time. If it detects concerning symptoms (pain, swelling, redness, fever, etc.), it automatically creates a flagged ticket for your clinic with a priority level (low, medium, high, or urgent). You receive an instant notification so you can follow up quickly.
Can multiple team members use the same account?+
Yes. The Starter plan is designed for solo practitioners. The Pro plan supports up to 5 team members with admin and practitioner roles. The Clinic plan offers unlimited team members with full role-based access control (owner, admin, practitioner).
Is the AI safe? Can it give bad medical advice to my clients?+
The AI is specifically trained to never diagnose medical conditions, never prescribe medication, and never encourage self-medication. Its role is strictly limited to empathetic aftercare follow-up: answering common post-procedure questions, reassuring clients, and flagging any concerning symptoms directly to your clinic. For serious symptoms, the AI immediately directs patients to contact the clinic or emergency services. Your team always stays in control.
