What your clients receive

Every message is editable and signed with your first name.

  1. Day 0

Thanks + instructions: no water, no makeup, dab with the cream provided

  2. Day 1

Reminder: too dark and a bit swollen is normal, don't touch

  3. Day 4

Flaking is starting: let it fall on its own, colour will fade then come back

  4. Day 10

End of flaking: makeup allowed again, sun protection, patience for the final colour

  5. Day 28

Touch-up reminder: booked date, or your booking link if not booked yet

  6. Day 45

Final result and Google review ask

What changes for you

No more panic in the dark phase

Day 1 and day 4 messages say it before they ask: too dark is normal, flaking is normal, the colour will come back. Your clients stop writing "I hate them".

The touch-up actually happens

At day 28 the client gets a reminder with the booked date, or your booking link if they haven't booked. The 4 to 8 week window stops slipping away.

Reviews when the result is real

The review ask goes out at day 45, once the colour has settled and the client loves their brows. Not at checkout when they're red.

Your number stays private

Messages leave from PostCare's WhatsApp number, signed with your first name. A photo or a worrying word, and you're alerted immediately.

How it works for a PMU artist

1

End of session: add the client

First name, number, service, date, and the touch-up date if you booked it on the spot. 10 seconds from your phone.

2

The sequence follows the healing

Day 0, 1, 4, 10, 28, 45. Each message matches a phase: dark, flaking, ghost phase, final colour. Written in your words, signed by you.

3

You only handle what needs you

"Is it normal that they're so dark?" gets an automatic answer from your FAQ. A photo or a worrying word is forwarded to you with no automatic answer.

Why PMU artists use it

PMU healing is confusing for clients: the brows look too dark for 3 days, then flake, then almost disappear, then come back at week 4 to 6. Every one of those phases produces a worried message if nobody announced it. PostCare announces it, in your words, the day before it happens.

The touch-up is where PMU results are made, and it's also the appointment that slips the most. Clients mean to book, then it's week 10. The day 28 message carries the booked date if you set it, or your booking link if you didn't. It's one message, and it's the one that fills your touch-up slots.

Your healed results are your best marketing, but you only see them if the client comes back or sends a photo. The day 45 message asks for both: a photo of the final result and a Google review, when the colour is settled and the client is happy.

Questions

Do you have different sequences for brows, lips and eyeliner?

The default PMU sequence covers the common healing arc (dark, flaking, fading, final colour, touch-up). You can duplicate it per service and adjust the lip-specific or eyeliner-specific instructions in a few minutes.

How does the touch-up reminder know the date?

When you add the client, you can enter the touch-up date if it's already booked. The day 28 message then says "your touch-up is on <date>". If you don't enter one, it says "book it here" with your booking link.

Can I keep my own aftercare products and instructions?

Yes. Rewrite any message, name the cream you hand out, change the timings. The sequence is a base written for PMU healing; the words are yours.
