PostCare supports text messages and photos via WhatsApp. Clients can reply by text or send photos of their recovery. Voice messages and audio notes are not supported — clients who send voice messages will receive an automatic reply asking them to type their message instead.
When a client sends a photo, our AI instantly analyzes it and creates a concern ticket visible in your dashboard. You are notified immediately so you can assess the situation and respond quickly if needed.
Yes. You have full control over every message in your aftercare sequences. You can edit existing messages, add new steps, adjust timing, and even import custom protocols from PDF documents using our AI-powered parser.
PostCare supports 7 languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, and German. Each client receives aftercare messages in their preferred language.
